Description
Whey Cool is a tasty, high protein, low carbohydrate functional food powder. The milk harvested to produce the whey protein for WheyCool comes from cows that graze on pesticide-free, non-GMO grass pastures in New Zealand, known for having one of the least polluted environments in the world. These dairy cows are never fed grain or subjected to hormonal or antibiotic treatments. Whey of this quality is called "native whey".
This whey is combined with sunflower lecithin (non-GMO), which facilitates its dissolution in water and reduces the formation of foam during brewing. Optimal digestion of whey is crucial for the breakdown of "native" whey into bioactive peptides in the gastrointestinal tract. Gastric acid plays an important role in denaturing the whey proteins so that the pancreatic enzymes can access them to break them down into peptides and ultimately into amino acids. The fact that this whey is combined with lecithin may help to improve its digestibility due to its increased water solubility. Unlike other instant whey formulas, Whey Cool is 100% soy free.
Dosage
Adults: Take one scoop (in eight ounces of water a few hours before or after taking other medications) once daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
