Adults: Take 3 capsules twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If taking other medications or natural health products, take this product a few hours before or after them. Do not take with highly acidic foods (e.g., citrus fruits or citrus juices) or medications that may increase urine acidity. Duration of use: Not for prolonged use. Use for a maximum of 7 days.
