Twice Daily Multi with Boron (TDM) is a two-capsule-per-day multivitamin designed to provide nutrients that are difficult to obtain in a typical daily diet. TDM contains tocopherol-free vitamin E isomers, a mixture of gamma- and delta-tocotrienols, which provide multiple benefits for overall health, and a unique blend of vitamin K1 and various forms of vitamin K2. It also includes a natural form of folate to support common genetic polymorphisms, as well as a significant dose of vitamin B12 to help reduce various malabsorption syndromes.
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take with calcium.
