Tilia tomentosa has been shown to be antiplethoric, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and diuretic. It is primarily a functional remedy active in chronic superficial inflammation. It is sensitive to certain types of arteriosclerosis resulting from a chronic inflammatory syndrome and the development of a thrombotic state.
Tilia tomentosa is also effective in cases of low uric acid, urea, and cholesterol levels. It is indicated for conditions such as insomnia, neuralgia, nervous anxiety, agitation, migraines, and epilepsy.
