Infusion or decoction of black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is mainly used to support the immune system and help relieve symptoms of colds, flu, and respiratory conditions.
Put 4 tablespoon of berries in 1 litre of cold water, soak for a few hours, simmer for 20 minutes and filter. Take 1 to 2 cups per day
