SP Ultimate is a blend of herbs, vitamin D, minerals, and antioxidants to support prostate health. Saw palmetto is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve urologic symptoms (e.g., slow urine flow, incomplete voiding, frequent daytime and nighttime urination) associated with mild to moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It supports healthy urinary function, in part by maintaining healthy hormone metabolism and enzyme activity. A meta-analysis involving 18 randomized controlled trials and nearly 3,000 men indicated that saw palmetto provided positive support for urinary health. These actions are combined with lycopene's powerful prostate cell-supporting potential. Data from over 47,000 participants in the Health Professionals Follow-up Study suggest that tomato or lycopene consumption is positively associated with prostate cell health. Lycopene and green tea provide enhanced antioxidant support and are supplemented with beta-sitosterol, selenium, zinc, vitamin D, and standardized extracts of turmeric and pomegranate.
