Adults: Fill your bathtub with warm water. Add at least 100g (1/5 of a pack) of Sleep Like Buddha Bedtime Bath Soak under running water and swirl it around. Submerge yourself in the water and breathe deeply. Soak and relax for at least 20 minutes. Drink water or herbal tea before, during, and after bathing. Gently pat yourself dry and get under the covers. Sweet dreams!
