Adults: 2 to 3 sprays under the tongue, 3 times daily, half an hour before meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Acute cases: Take 1 dose orally at the onset of symptoms. Repeat twice at 15-minute intervals. Repeat up to 9 times daily if symptoms recur.
