Lactium® is a unique, clinically studied bioactive decapeptide derived from casein (a polypeptide with a 10 alpha-1 amino acid sequence) designed to target stress-related symptoms. In a 30-day study, subjects supplemented with 150 mg of Lactium® daily reported statistically significant improvements in numerous stress-related outcomes, including digestion, mood, relaxation, sleep, and cardiovascular and cognitive function.
