S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe) is a naturally occurring compound and methyl group donor that supports the methylation cycle, a metabolic process essential for many aspects of health. Adults: Take two to three tablets daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take for at least four weeks to see beneficial effects on arthritis pain and a minimum of two weeks for mood-enhancing benefits.
