To create our Living Holy Basil, Living Alchemy uses the ancient art of fermentation to activate holy basil into a higher form. We ferment the finest certified organic holy basil for 1 month using our diverse strains of microorganisms from kefir and kombucha. This activation provides the complete synergy of the plant within a living food matrix for exceptional vitality and bioavailability.
We've added lemon balm to our long-fermentation-activated holy basil for its synergistic support of the nervous system. Holy basil helps calm frazzled nerves and improves mental clarity and focus. Lemon balm has a targeted effect on the vagus nerve, which is directly connected to the digestive system. Since stress can greatly affect the mind and digestion, our Living Holy Basil can both regenerate and calm, allowing you to stay focused throughout the day.
