Drops
Adults and children (12 years and older): 5-10 drops; children (1-11 years): 3-5 drops; babies (0-12 months): 2-3 drops. All ages: take 2-3 times daily in a little water or undiluted, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. In acute cases (see age group), the same dosage should be taken every 30-60 minutes (up to a maximum of 12 times daily).
Tablets
Adults and children 12 years and older: 1-2 tablets; children (6-11 years): 1-2 tablets; children (2-5 years): ½-1 tablet. All ages: take 1-3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. *For children 2-5 years, dissolve the dose in a little water before administration.
