Bowel Cleanse – Gentle relief from constipation and irregularity
Adults: Take 1 teaspoon twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Mix 1 teaspoon in a glass (250 ml) of water or juice. Drink immediately and then have another glass of water or juice. Effects are seen 12–24 hours after the first dose; results may take 2–3 days. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Duration of use: Avoid long-term use and consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
