Adults (19 years and older): Take 3 capsules three times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For each gram of psyllium, drink with at least 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or other aqueous beverage). Drink immediately and maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects are seen 12–24 hours after the first dose; results may take 2–3 days. If taking other medications, take this product 2 hours before or after them. Duration of use: Avoid prolonged use and consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
Each vegetarian capsule contains: Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) 405.36 mg Clove flower bud (Syzygium aromaticum) 10.12 mg Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 10.12 mg Inulin 42.92 mg Guinea sorrel (Hibiscus sabdariffa) 80.98 mg Non-medicinal ingredients: Stevia leaf extract (Stevia rebaudiana) and vegetable magnesium stearate in a non-GMO vegetarian capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
