Beef Bone Broth with Fermented Ginger
NFH Bone Broth, traditionally prepared by slow simmering, is made from bones and connective tissue of grass-fed New Zealand cattle. Bone broth is a rich source of collagen, providing a full spectrum of amino acids, as well as vitamins B3, B6, and B12. The creamy flavor and soothing aroma of fermented ginger add a subtle note to the flavor profile while amplifying its health benefits.
