Cascara sagrada is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a stimulant laxative for the short-term relief of occasional constipation; it is also used in Herbal Medicine to promote bowel movement by acting directly on the large intestine.
Adults (19 years and older): Take 2–6 capsules as a single dose at bedtime two or three times a week; if results are not seen, the frequency may be increased to once daily; or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Wait at least 6–12 hours before experiencing laxative effects. If taking other medications or health products, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Cascara sagrada aged bark (Frangula purshiana) 180 mg
Chinese rhubarb root (Rheum officinale) 110 mg
Irish moss (Chondrus crispus) whole 20 mg
Cayenne pepper fruit (Capsicum annuum) 20 mg
Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 20 mg
In a special 100% natural base, homeopathically composed with the following ingredients: calcium fluoride (calcarea fluorica) 6x, iron phosphate (ferrum phosphoricum) 3x, potassium chloride (kali muriaticum) 3x, sodium chloride (natrum muriaticum) 6x, sodium phosphate (natrum phosphoricum) 3x and Sodium sulfate (natrum sulphuricum) 3×.
Nonmedicinal ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
