Adults: Mix 1 level spoonful (approximately 10 g) in 250 ml of water or other cold beverage once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Stir well before drinking. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications and/or natural health products. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
