Adults: Take 2 ml, 1 to 3 times daily. Hold under the tongue for at least 60 seconds before swallowing. Adding the tincture to 2 ml of water while holding it under the tongue can help offset the burning sensation of ethanol. If you find the taste too strong, mix with water and swallow on an empty stomach for the same benefits. Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to pollen.
