The Bach Flower Remedies Pine comes from the Scots pine, a tree species belonging to the Pinaceae family found in Europe, as far away as Eastern Siberia. Often called the "Northern pine," the flower has a long, straight trunk, typically reaching 25 meters in height and living for over two centuries. Some Scots pines can live for over 700 years. The tree is easily identifiable by its ochre-red bark. Its leaves are bluish needles measuring between 4 and 7 cm long.

This tree is a light-loving species; it requires plenty of light during its growth. It is resistant to cold and drought and adapts to most soils.
