Organic Fibre-Pro is made with PHGG, a prebiotic fiber sourced from the guar bean. It mixes easily with water without noticeable thickening, remains stable at acidic pH, and withstands high temperatures.1 Fiber is an important part of a healthy diet and contributes to regularity. As a prebiotic fiber, PHGG increases beneficial Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species in the intestines.4,5 Fermentation also increases beneficial short-chain fatty acids such as acetate and butyrate.6
