Adults and children over 12 years: Mix 7.5 ml (1 capful) twice daily or 15 ml (2 capfuls) once daily with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or juice and drink on an empty stomach, 1 hour before dinner, or at bedtime.
Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 15 ml.
For use as a supplement, mix one tablespoon with food and drink.

Hydrolyzed Collagen* (plus 1000 mg of enhanced amino acids): Scientific studies show that it is essential that collagen be hydrolyzed (i.e., broken down into smaller molecules/enzymatic digestion) because only the hydrolyzed form of collagen can stimulate the neo-synthesis of the collagen matrix in cartilage tissue.
