Adults: Take 2 tablets 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take a few hours before or after other medications.

Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 50 mgCalcium (calcium lactate) 25 mgPassionflower (Passiflora incarnata) aerial parts extract 5.5:1 equivalent to 110 mg of passionflower 20 mgValerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract 3:1 equivalent to 30 mg of valerian 10 mg
Nonmedicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).
