Adolescents 12-18 years take 1/2 ampoule (5 ml) per day;
Women 50 years old take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day;
Men 18 years and older take 1 ampoule (10 ml) per day;
Women 19-50 years old take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day;
Pregnant women take 2 ampoules (20 ml) per day;
or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
For all age groups take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
