Additionally, Multi Cal Mag Liquid provides nine important minerals. Manganese and zinc also promote bone health by regulating bone formation. Zinc also plays a role in maintaining immune function, energy metabolism, and healthy hair, nails, and skin. Copper aids in the production and repair of connective tissue and plays an important role in the normal transport of iron throughout the body. In turn, iron is involved in the formation and function of red blood cells and reduces fatigue caused by iron deficiency anemia.
