Adults ≥ 18 years: Take 1 scoop three times daily 30 minutes before meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Place one 5g scoop of Modified Citrus Pectin in a glass. Add liquid (water, juice, or tea). Do not stir immediately: Let stand for 3–5 minutes to allow the powder to rehydrate. Shake the contents until the powder is dissolved.
