Zinc and magnesium modulate or reduce the sensitivity of the glutaminergic NMDA receptor. Therefore, even if glutamate is present in excessive amounts, less will be absorbed.
Adults: Take 2 tablets three times daily with meals or as directed; increase by 1 tablet daily as tolerated.
