Delayed-Release Melatonin to Promote Restful Sleep
Melatonin-SR provides delayed-release MicroActive® melatonin to promote healthy sleep. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, which regulates the body's sleep/wake cycle. Adults: Take 1 capsule 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not drive or operate heavy equipment for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare professional if using this product for more than 4 weeks.
