Melatonin – Sleep Support
Helps increase total sleep time (a sleep quality aspect) in people with sleep restriction or altered sleep schedules (e.g., flextime work and jet lag).
Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the sleep onset aspect of sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome.
High concentration of 3 mg per capsule.
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Take once daily at bedtime after dark, during travel, and at your destination until you have adjusted to the new cycle. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Medicinal ingredients (per capsule):
Melatonin 3 mg, Magnesium Citrate 75 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium citrate, brown rice powder, L-leucine, gelatin.
