Calendula is effective for skin problems: it accelerates and facilitates the healing process and promotes tissue regeneration. It is therefore not surprising that studies have revealed the antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties of this plant.
Used topically to promote healing as well as for minor burns and abrasions, lacerations, swelling, bruises, strains, and sprains, our Calendula oil is produced from certified organic calendula flowering tops infused in olive oil. The consistency of this product allows it to be used for a wider variety of purposes than Calendula Ointment. Marigold oil can, for example, be added to baths, used to massage the scalp, or even to make a bandage.
