Apply to the desired area and massage gently. Blends well with other Pranarōm carrier oils. For 5 to 10 ml of Macadamia oil, add 1 to 2 drops of your favorite Pranarōm essential oil, depending on the desired benefits, or simply add a fragrance to the massage.
