Adults: Take 1 capsule two to four times daily on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use the smallest effective dose that controls symptoms.
Duration of use: For the reduction of swelling and pain: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days. For the reduction of ear, nose, and throat infections or as a mucolytic enzyme: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
