HMF Super Powder is a moderate-level probiotic formula that provides two proprietary human-source strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, along with fructooligosaccharides formulated to help restore and maintain normal intestinal microflora. HMF Super Powder is ideal for promoting and maintaining intestinal health in adults and children who dislike or have difficulty swallowing capsules.
Adults: In a glass, add water to 1 heaped scoop (1.15 g) of HMF Super Powder and mix. Take 2 times daily with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
