Provides gentle relief from constipation
Laxative to gently relieve constipation and/or irregularity and promote bowel movements.
Adults: Stir 1 scoop (10 grams) vigorously in 240 ml (8 ounces) of water, juice, or other beverage daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Effects are seen 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and may take 2 to 3 days. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Maintain adequate fluid intake.
