The Lavandula Supreme Essential Oil Synergy is used in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches, as a calming agent to relieve nervousness, irritability, and anxiety, and to aid sleep.
Add a few drops to a diffuser or to a bath by diluting them with an unscented or lightly scented foaming product (shampoo, shower gel, bubble bath, etc.) or with EMULSIUM, our emulsifier that disperses essential oils in water (ideal for baths, body mists, and DIY room sprays). It can also be used in massage therapy by diluting with one of our beauty oils. Important: Read the dosage instructions below.
Warning: Never add essential oils directly to your bath water. They are not water-soluble, as the drops will simply float, creating a layer of oil on the surface that could cause skin irritation. Remember to use essential oils sparingly, as they are very potent.

EXTRACTION METHOD: Steam distillation
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Lavandula hybrida super 70%, angustifolia 15%, latifolia 10%, hybrida abrialis 5%.
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (first use) to up to 8 drops to an emulsifier or neutral foaming base and mix. Soak in the bath for 10 minutes, once a day.
Massage: Add 4 to 5 drops to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vegetable oil and apply once a day.
