Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 3 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil before applying topically to the skin, rubbing and/or massaging until the solution disappears, 3 times daily. Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times daily.
