Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; apply topically, 3 times daily. Inhalation (Respiratory System) Add 4-12 drops to a bowl of boiling water or place in a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
