Description
Glutamine is an essential amino acid. It is the most prevalent in all muscle tissue. Although glutamine is naturally present in some foods such as meat, supplementation may be necessary to meet the requirements for optimal recovery and performance. Routine glutamine supplementation before, during and after training can help improve training results.
Dosage
Adults: Stir 1 scoop into water or juice and consume 1 to 4 times daily. Take 1 serving 30 minutes before training and 1 serving immediately after. Outside of training periods, take 1 serving 45 to 60 minutes before meals.
