Adults: Take 1 scoop twice daily. Effects are seen within 12 to 24 hours after the first dose and sometimes after 2 to 3 days. For each gram of psyllium, mix with 30 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice, or any other similar beverage). Shake vigorously and drink immediately. Drink plenty of fluids. Wait 2 hours before and after taking other medications.
