Adult women: Use 1 pessary daily. Insert 1 pessary intravaginally daily before bedtime for 10 days until the end of the bottle or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. If taking antibiotics, use this product at least 2–3 hours before or after taking them. Gently rotate the narrow end of the pessary in the applicator until it is firmly inserted.
Each vaginal suppository contains: Lactobacillus acidophilus R0418 982 million CFU Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011 8.09 billion CFU Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus HA-137 312 million CFU Streptococcus salivarius ssp. thermophilus HA-110 616 million CFU Nonmedicinal ingredients: Lactose, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and vegetable magnesium stearate in a capsule composed of gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
