Fe-Zyme is a supplemental source of iron in a highly bioavailable form, combined with synergists known to aid absorption and utilization, such as vitamin B12, copper, ascorbic acid, and plant culture. Fe-Zyme contains the ferrous form of bisglycinate. Ferrous bisglycinate is a nutritionally functional mineral amino acid chelate that not only has superior bioavailability but is also easy on the gastrointestinal tract.
Adults: One (1) tablet daily, with meals as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a healthcare professional. WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of poisoning in children under 6 years of age.
