Far from being limited to their individual actions, the essential oils in this precious synergy work together to bring both balance and serenity. Mix 1 drop of Essential Synergy with 10 drops of Pranarôm organic vegetable oil of your choice, or add it to a small amount of neutral cleansing cream or gel. Before applying it to your skin, warm the mixture between your hands, then cup them to cover your nose and take a long, deep breath to enjoy its benefits on the mind and enhance the body's healing abilities. Body care oil: Add 15-30 drops to 50 ml of vegetable oil (apricot kernel, sweet almond, camellia, etc.). Face care oil: Add 10 to 30 drops to 30 ml of vegetable oil (rosehip, hemp, pomegranate, argan, etc.). Neutral cleansing gel or shampoo: Add 60 drops to 200 ml of neutral cleansing gel.
