Take in a little water at the first sign of a cold or infection:
2 to 4 years: 10 drops 3 to 4 times/day
5 to 9 years: 12 drops 4 to 5 times/day
10 to 14 years: 15 drops 6 to 8 times/day
15+ years and adults: 30 drops 6 to 8 times/day, gargle and swallow.
