FocusPlus was created by Pure Encapsulations in collaboration with Dr. James Greenblatt as part of the Integrative Mental Health Series, a line of products based on scientific discoveries and decades of clinical experience. FocusPlus is formulated to support daily cognitive functions, including focus, stamina, memory, and attention. It provides rhodiola, which also helps relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and weakness. Another key element of each formulation in this series is the inclusion of a cofactor complex including vitamin B6, zinc, and Metafolin® L-5-MTHF. L-5MTHF is a form of folate that easily crosses the blood-brain barrier. Folate and vitamin B6 are particularly important for amino acid metabolism, including tyrosine metabolism.

Adults: Take 3 capsules 2 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take immediately before bedtime. Consult a healthcare professional for use beyond 3 months.
