Digest Dairy Plus is designed to aid in the digestion of dairy products. With lactase, protease, and lipase, all the main nutrients in dairy products are targeted. The addition of chymosin allows rapid coagulation of milk proteins in the stomach. In in vitro laboratory tests, the effect of one Digest Dairy Plus capsule added to 568 ml of whole milk under intestinal conditions was studied. Both casein and non-casein proteins were digested into short peptides and amino acids. Fatty triglycerides were broken down into monoglycerides and free fatty acids, and lactose was virtually undetectable. Each Digest Dairy Plus capsule will digest the equivalent of 568 ml of whole milk in vitro over a 3-hour period.
Adults: Take two capsules one to three times daily with milk or any other dairy product, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For prolonged use, consult your healthcare practitioner.
