Adults: CORE Support: Add 2 scoops to 1 to 2 cups of water or beverage of choice, stir vigorously, and drink immediately. Take with food twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consume 2 hours before or after taking medications and maintain adequate fluid intake. PhytoCore: On day 3 of the program, take 1 capsule of PhytoCore 6 times daily in divided doses, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Alpha Base: Take 2 capsules of Alpha Base without iron with food, 2 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products.
