Garlic is used in herbal medicine to help reduce high blood lipids/hyperlipidemia in adults, also used in herbal medicine to help maintain cardiovascular health in adults.
Adults: Take 1 capsule per day. Take with food to minimize gastric upset. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or natural health products.
