Medicinal ingredients: Oat (seed) avena sativa (extract 6:1) equivalent to 600 mg of raw material 100 mg, Activated vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate) 10 mg, B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg, Magnesium (citrate) equivalent to 25 mg of elemental magnesium 157 mg, Zinc (sulfate) equivalent to 11 mg of elemental zinc 33 mg.
