Adults (19 years and older): Take 2 capsules, 2 times daily, with meals. Take at the first sign of infection, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use exceeding 2 months or if symptoms persist.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 100 mg
Echinacea (root, Echinacea purpurea) Extract 4:1 equivalent to 350 mg of dried root - 87.5 mg
Astragalus (root, Astragalus membranaceus) Extract 4:1 equivalent to 300 mg of dried root - 75 mg
American Ginseng (root, Panax quinquefolius) Extract 10:1 equivalent to 600 mg of dried root - 60 mg
Zinc (Citrate) - 2.5 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate.
