Fermented Coenzyme Q10 for Cardiovascular Health (Science-Based)
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a naturally occurring coenzyme essential for its integral functions, such as transporting electrons across the mitochondrial membrane to facilitate cellular respiration and ATP production. Without CoQ10, the cellular energy chain is broken, and without energy, cellular life ceases.
CoQ10 levels decline with age and are even lower in patients with chronic diseases. Prescription medications, including statins, can also reduce CoQ10 levels, but it is possible to increase them by taking CoQ10 supplements.
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
