Adults: Take 0.3–1.2 mL (10–40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
If using California poppy primarily as a sleep aid, the full daily dose of 0.9–3.6 mL (30–120 drops) can be taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an additional dose of 0.9–3.6 mL earlier in the evening if needed.
